PPR buys Fulham Broadway site in £3.5m project

UK property company PPR Estates has bought The George pub site on Fulham Broadway, SW6, as part of a £3.5m re-development of the site.
PPR has completed the acquisition of the freehold premises as part of a major redevelopment of the site, which will deliver retail space and up to five flats.
Nick Hopkinson, director of PPR Estates, said: "We are already negotiating with potential new tenants for the exceptional retail space that will be created in this Georgian building, which is full of character, on a main road with high with traffic footfall."
