PPR Estates’ strategic acquisition focus is on London and South East England. We have particular expertise in asset management and work with a large network of specialist partners (e.g. Estate Agents, Accountants, Solicitors) to develop and enhance our portfolio. Our Directors have over 35 years practical experience in commercial and residential property acquisition and management. Our estate currently comprises over 200 separate properties in urban locations across England. Having grown conservatively over the last decade, we have a long term strategy to asset manage our property portfolio for maximum returns. Strategically, PPR aims to grow our portfolio to £100m of assets, to become one of the UK's leading landlords.
In taking a long term view as a residential landlord, PPR Estates will continue any tenancy agreements in place within purchased properties and will seek to let vacant properties on appropriate tenancy agreements. We are determined to act fairly and ethically in providing a reliable, “value for money” service to our tenants as a sound basis for our ongoing business.
